how do I import bookmarks from another browser on the same tablet?

Each application is siloed from each other. Firefox cannot access other applications settings. The only application we could import bookmarks from is the Android default browser though it would require an additional permission that we don't currently ask for. It is a feature we are looking to add to Firefox in a later date.
