I can't confirm changes in setting just because my OK button disappeared. THe only button I have no is "Close", so if I hit it obviously changed are not saved.
Suddenly I found out that I can't save setting for firefox or any add-on because the dialog box does not have OK button to confirm the changes. How can I find what cause the problem?

Start Firefox in -> Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if your add-ons/extension are causing the problem.
