Hello, Default Firefox behaviour should be that when a new window opens from the context menu it stays on top. It may be that an add-on or setting has changed this default behaviour. If your Flash plugin is up to date and the issue still occurs try disabling it completely and testing whether that helps. If this solves the problem then you have narrowed the problem down to that.
