Why can I not send or receive emails?
Dear Sir or Ma'am:
I can not receive emails. When I try to send an email, a dialogue box says the connection to the SMTP server was lost. When i try to receive emails, the bottom left-hand corner of the screen says, "Connected to pop.suddenlink.net".
Suddenlink, our Internet Provider, and AVAST, our Security System both believe this is a problem with Thunderbird.
