I know how to do it in a desktop Firefox. Can't find an option in a mobile version (Android v. 2.3.6, Firefox v. 31). I have a web app that uses appcache but I always get "Server not found" error when trying to access it while mobile device is offline.

There is no offline option on Firefox for Android. Are you the developer of the web app? Would you file a bug on the issue?
