It was running fine, maybe a little slow, and i noticed at the bottom of the screen it said to reset firefox to speed it up. I tried that and as soon as it was finished it crashed. Then when I tried to open it again it crashed. I have tried to completely uninstall from my computer and redownload, but even after doing that it crashed immediately after i try and open it.

You can check if you can start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift/Options key.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox if that worked.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
