Hello everyone, I am getting ads on all the websites i open. And this page is always my homepage no matter what I do to change it. I tried to disable all the add ons and the extensions. Plus, this happened without me adding an extension or an add on.

in the image you can see what I'm talking about.

Hello zaytoun, sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Thanks a lot. It turned out that it is malware issue. I installed one of the programs you suggested. After running a scan, the ads disappeared.

Thanks again.
