While I was out today my computer updated itself and when I got back I could no longer see my tabs, the address bar, or the menu bar while on firefox, it just shows me the page I'm currently viewing.. The tabs and address bar show up when I move my cursor to the top of the screen but disapear again as soon as I move it away. I much preferred the old way because it let me keep track of everything I was doing at the same time without having to move my cursor all over the screen. Is there any way I can get it back to the old way where I can see everything at once?

Sounds that you have switched to full screen mode.

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command+Shift+F).

If you are in full screen mode then hover the mouse to the top of the screen to make the Navigation Toolbar and Tab bar appear.
Click the Maximize button (top right corner of the Navigation Toolbar) to leave full screen mode or right-click empty space on a toolbar and choose "Exit Full Screen Mode" or press the F11 key.
