I installed windows 10 yesterday everything is running fine except hardware acceleration in flash. I only see a green video if i enable hardware acceleration. Flash video's work if i disable hardware acceleration but i don't think that is a good solution because the cpu usage goes way up. I have an AMD ATI Radeon HD 4890 and I am using the drivers that come with windows 10 since amd has not released any windows 10 drivers for my card. Weird thing is that hardware acceleration works great in chrome so i think it is not a driver issue, is there any way i can fix this in firefox?

I solved the problem by installing the amd drivers from the inf file, now hardware acceleration is working!

Edit: It seems like only the green video problem is solved with this solution because the cpu usage is still the same as with hardware acceleration disabled

Some problems with Flash video playback can be resolved by disabling hardware acceleration in your Flash Player settings. (See this article for more information on using the Flash plugin in Firefox).

To disable hardware acceleration in Flash Player:

Go to this Adobe Flash Player Help page. Right-click on the Flash Player logo on that page. Click on Settings in the context menu. The Adobe Flash Player Settings screen will open. Click on the icon at the bottom-left of the Adobe Flash Player Settings window to open the Display panel.

fpSettings1.PNG Remove the check mark from Enable hardware acceleration. Click Close to close the Adobe Flash Player Settings Window. Restart Firefox. This Flash Player Help - Display Settings page has more information on Flash Player hardware acceleration, if you're interested.

Thank you for your reply ratedr_jea, as I mentioned in my question videos work when I disable hardware acceleration. But I want to make it work with hardware acceleration enabled because the cpu usage is much higher if I disable hardware acceleration.
