Adobe Flash Player will not install into Firefox??????????

Adobe Flash Player gets to 28% install and says it loses internet connection. I try again and it immediately gives me the same message and it cancels the connection. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection! Any suggestions?

Is this after the small download completes and you launch the Adobe installer, or even the small download is failing?

If the regular installer isn't working, you could try the "full" installer. it's available on this page:

https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

In the first table, look for the row for "plugin-based browsers" and you can use either the EXE or the MSI installer.

To ensure that the old version is removed, please close any tabs that are using Flash, or exit out of Firefox, during the update.
