Hi I currently use OUTLOOK.COM for my emails and I have configured Thunderbird to use outlook.com. My inbox is syncing fine, when I receive an email in my main inbox, it arrives in Thunderbird.

BUT, other email folders, such as JUNK, SENT or one that I have created with a filter, so all emails containing "hello" in the subject line - do not display UNTIL I click on the folder. After I have clicked then Thunderbird seems to get them from Outlook.com

Is there any way, I can get Thunderbird to get them, even if I don't click on the folder ?

I am using IMAP by the way. Thanks

Have you subscribed to use them in offline mode?

Hi Yes, I have right clicked the mailboxes, properties, Synchronization tab and put the tick in "Select this folder for offline use". The emails remain, if I am not online.

BUT, I still have the issue. When I start Thunderbird, I have to click on INBOX and then wait for the emails, then click JUNK and wait, etc If I don't click on the folder (ie: junk) then the emails are never shown.

What I need is when start Thunderbird for all the folders to have all the emails showing, so I don't have to click on them.

WIth thanks for the help
