I can not attach any files using firefox 43.0.4 in yahoo mail. I tried everything recommended in the forums but nothing worked. I even tried resetting firefox to the original settings with no add ons. I tried it in safe mode and the problem still happens. I receive the following error: Please check your internet connection We are unable to communicate with your inbox. You can also reload the page to try to reconnect. How do I fix my internet connection? I'm connected but still cannot access mail Error 18

My internet connection is working fine. I checked it and I can upload attachments using safari and google. Do you have any other suggestions other than want was suggested in the forums?

Thanks,

Frank

hi frank, are you running "trusteer" software on your device by chance? it has been identified as a cause for many upload issues recently... see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1102907 for example.

Yes I am. I am going to try to uninstall it and see what happens. I thank you for your quick response. I love the browser and want to continue using it. I will let you know.

I disabled trusteer and it solved my problem, who would think. Thanks again.

hi again fpolito, trusteer has released an update in the meantime that should address the issue. could you please check for us, that on the latest version of trusteer (here's how to update: http://www.trusteer.com/User-Guides/R.../333.htm) there is no longer a problem with uploading files even when trusteer is active and get back to us with this info?

thanks a lot!
