While using Firefox, playing a game ("BushWhacker2", accessed through my Big Fish Games account) the Flash Player is pointed to by the game's support staff as the problem causing unusually bad slowdown of game functions, often resulting in the need to restart the game. The Support staff suggested re-installing the Flash Player. I did so. "BushWhacker2" continues to have the problem...HOWEVER, now in addition, another game "Good Game Empire" has a posted notice several places that they are experiencing a "global" problem with Flash Player. In addition, the "iheartradio.com" site no longer functions--it loads the home page but no play button functions work after re-installing Flash Player.

After a couple days of frustration, I tried accessing these games and website, I tried opening them using Google's Chrome browser. Everything seems to work just fine if I open them with Chrome.
I cannot find a way to contact the makers of Flash Player. I'm assuming you folks have contacted them about these issues.
How can I complain to Flash Player that their product is not working properly with Firefox?

You are running Win XP, which is very old and being phased out. So the problem may not be with flash.

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drivers

https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)

https://forums.adobe.com/message/4468493#TemporaryWorkaround

  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
