Hi, to bring up the menu bar temporarily, press Alt. If you would like it to remain there all the time, right click in the tab bar (but not on a tab) and tick/check Menu Bar.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.

Hi folks. Just noticed that this keyboard shortcut has changed on Linux operating systems with the Gnome Windows Manager (or compatible ones such as Cinnamon). In order to temporarily activate the hidden Firefox menu bar on theses machines you need now to push the F10 key.

The Alt key, however, still makes it on KDE-powered systems.
