I closed Firefox like I normally do pressing the X key and when I opened it again it opened to the default page. I mention that I have it set to save my session when I close it. It didn't nor was the restore previous session button available. I had over 20 tabs with very important information, please tell me there is a solution to get them back.

Thank you in advance.

If the above does not help;

You may have corrupt sessionstore file(s).

Type about:support in the address bar and press enter.

Under the page logo on the left side, you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To its right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.

Locate the sessionstore file(s). Then rename or delete it. Restart Firefox.

Note: Keep a set of bookmarks just in case.
