Firefox, Chrome, IE, Edge. All are averaging < 1Mbps in Task Manager when loading webpages. Previously I was only using Firefox and had very good connection speeds, I don't know what as I never had an issue; if I had to guess, ~50Mbps. PnP runs up to ~50 Mbps download, Youtube videos load at up to ~50 Mbps(FF, Chrome, Edge), all downloads in FF or Chrome average 50 Mbps, occasionally peaking to 100Mbps briefly; after I've restarted them, as the first connection runs < 1Mbps and fails. I have tried all browser scenarios with AV disabled, no change

Well normally unless you have six pages open YouTube is only going to use 15Mbps per video at 1080p.

I think what would make this question difficult to answer is that it's not worded as if there is a latency issue. Like, how long does it take to load a web page? Does your internet connection reboot? What type of modem or connection are you using (is it cable, DSL, satellite, cellular)? Most web pages aren't going to use a lot of bandwidth unless it has a lot of media content, so unless it takes more than a few seconds to load I wouldn't imagine it being a problem.

I guess I was exaggerating a little. YouTube playing videos runs up to 25 mbps, occasionally dropping to 5 mbps and hangs. Downloading same videos runs between 25 and 50 mbps on average. Latency issues is the reason for this post, sorry for being too vague. most pages take minutes to load, if they load at all. Task manager saying 0.1 mbps when it's not loading, and up to 5mbps when they do load. I'm not getting booted off the WiFi, it works perfectly on all other devices that connect, but my desktop and only my desktop always has this issue now. I'm on a cable 50 mbps connection, connecting desktop with a USB 2.0 dlink DWA-171 adaptor. I understand that my unit is old and slow, but it worked great for a couple weeks and then started doing this, the only thing changed on it at the time was a friend of mine installed vuze which I promptly removed an hour or so later.
