I got an email from "Firefox accounts", but it is in Chinese. It appears to be a verification of account email. The email where I received the "verification" notice is associated with an older Firefox sync account. I thought I had deleted this sync account with Firefox (Mozilla) - associated with my gmail account.

Concerned, I signed into this account to delete any saved password info that was still associated. I received a "New sign-in to Firefox" email alert when I did this. Then I also received, a "Firefox Account Verified" email with the following message: "You successfully connected your first device to your Firefox Account. Now you can sign in to Sync from your other devices, including Firefox for Android and iOS." All this would be normal, I assume, since I was legitimately signing in(?) I then deleted "Saved Logins" under Security preferences.

But my concern goes back to the first Chinese alert I received. Was my sync account hacked? Were my saved passwords in that account hacked (before I went back in and deleted them)?

Thank you in advance for looking into the matter.
