I was trying to find a dll that my micro-soft said I was missing for my 2001 works with money. I went to you tube and found a free download for the dll. It didn't work. Instead I have Stack Player? I've tried to uninstall it through windows but it wouldn't allow me to. It said I have to go on line. Now when I go to google to search for anything there is a red icon beside it that say's privacy violated. And, beside that is a green icon that has privacy respected. I went to Microsoft Safety Scanner and downloaded it. It's been scanning for 17 hours an still going. So far it says no files infected

I'm 68 so I hope you can understand the way I've explained my problem.

Hi

Thank you for your question, but this does not sound like an issue with the Firefox web browser.

I strongly recommend you get in touch with the Windows support team and they should be able to help you with this.
