Hello Folks,

This is not a question but a notification about Crashing and Freezing with two add-ons that I had installed on Firefox 48.0.2. After I updated Firefox was crashing and Freezing every few minutes I filled out the crash reports sent them closed Firefox, I would then open it again only to have the same issue repeat itself after a few minutes. I then tried to figure out why and the only thing I could come up with was the below two add-ons that had been installed after a Windows 7 clean install, which were not the same as I'd used previously. So after uninstalling them everything is working 100% no Freezes or Crashes since. I know nothing about debugging or script writing and could not find a contact email to report the issue so I thought here would be the best option, just incase someone else has the same issue and that this notification may help.

Hi

Thank you for raising this issue.

Add-ons for Firefox are created and supported by a community of independent developers. I recommend you contact the developers of these add-ons and they should be able to help you with this.

You can find their contact details by clicking on their name on the page you downloaded the add-on from.
