I reset to defaults. Now the top line (file, edit view, etc) is blue and hard to read. How do I get it back to black on cream?

I reset to defaults because of severe slowness. Slowness is improved. Now the top menu bar is faint white on deep blue and hard to read. How can restore it to the black on cream that is was before the reset?

One thing I forgot to add: Firefox reverted to the old way for a few screens, then went back to the white on blue. So, the info for black on cream is in there somewhere. I just need to know how to activate it

Were you using an add-on for this?

Many of us are using; Classic Theme Restorer (Customize Australis) {web link} Restore squared tabs, appmenu, add-ons bar, small button view and more on Australis UI (Windows/MacOSX/Linux + Fx 29+).

This will restore many of the things the last upgrades took away.

My firefox shows no add-ons. Since there were no add-ons before the reset and the background was how I liked it, I should be able to get the old background back without an add-on.
