I have encountered an issue with the vimeo videos I added to my website, www.allegroballetacademy.com. On the gallery page, I have uploaded a vimeo video. It plays fine on other browsers. However, Firefox is doing something strange where it loads forever when I press play. I can fast forward the video 2 or 3 seconds and press play and it will play the rest of the video. It will not start from the beginning for me. I believe it is an issue with Firefox, but I am looking for a solution that will fix the problem across all of our website users who use Firefox.

I had no problem with the clip at http://allegroballetacademy.com/gallery/

Security Issue: Update your Flash Player Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.

Flash Player Version: 24.0.0.194

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Did you make changes to media prefs on the about:config page like media.autoplay.enabled?

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.

You can reset user set (bold) pref(s) on the about:config page via the right-click context menu to the default value.
