Rapport Icon does not appear in Windows 10 system with Firefox v54. Nor does it appear in the extensions list. When I search for the extension, as advised by IBM Support. i.e 'IBM Security Rapport' . Firefox offers an foreign language extension called 'Rendement locatif 1.7.97' instead. Why?

You probably should only install Trusteer Rapport from your financial institution that wants you to use it, or directly from IBM.

Could you check these automatic update instructions in case Firefox has disabled your extension for being out-of-date: FAQ: Does Trusteer Rapport update automatically?

To check the status of an extension in Firefox, you can use the Add-ons page. Either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a)
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
  • type or paste about:addons in the address bar and press Enter/Return

In the left column of the Add-ons page, click Extensions. Then check the list on the right side. Disabled extensions cluster at the bottom. Can you enable it there, or at least check the version you have (click the More link for the extension to get the details).
