Recently the values on my online checking account don't show up. This is a new problem and does not occur when I use Microsoft Edge.

I have tried to upload a WORD document but I keep getting the following error

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

If you are referring uploading to this forum with that Word document - this forum software only accepts a compressed image type like PNG or JPG of about a maximum file size of 1 MB. No text files or word processing documents can be uploaded.


Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
