Hello,

I noticed a memory leak in FireFox Quantum. When using Youtube and other video sites, memory usage is constantly going up and does not go down even when exiting the tab. I have tried Firefox safe mode, but the memory leak problem is still there. I have attached some pictures with the problem.

Other details: Firefox version: 59.0.2 (64-bit) OS: Windows 7
