Keep getting script may be busy or stopped responding error box for "chrome://global/content/bindings/notification.xml:44" or similar.

If I click stop it stops the window from working (can't open new tabs or navigate back or forward etc.). If I click continue it goes away but Firefox is very slow.

The error is usually displayed whenever the computer has been idle for a while.

In general Firefox is slow since this started happening and has to be closed with Task Manager to exit and restart. Using latest Firefox with Win 7.
