Why does my task manager say there are 6 or 7 firefox.exe files running on my system? I tried to upload a gif and a png file to show the screen shot of my task manager but your system won't accept either and just freezes when I try. The task manager says more than 60 percent of the physical memory is being used and at times more than 70% cpu usage by firefox. Your program used to not be a problem, but now it keeps crashing and other programs are sluggish when I keep it running in the background for research purposes.

You need to fix this.
