I had to reset my password login, I lost mine, I tried to get a recovery link sent to my Email but after 2 attemps and 1hr no link was sent.

 I downloaded  fire fox on my new lab top and added the new password on it now both  lab tops won't accept the new password , I finaly had a link sent to my Email to change the pass, I did that 3 times was told it was sussess took me to login were was told pass did not match

It was not there but thanks my13yr old daughter and Fred McD helped me fix it

Most password resets usually end up in spam folders because their sent from 'anonymous' automated accounts, try a rest link again and check its not being sent to spam folders by your email client.
