Firefox Crashes everytime troubleshooting page is opened

After the program setting somehow changed Firefox did an unwanted update, now any time I try to go to troubleshooting it crashes the program. Not the system just Firefox.

Let’s do a full clean re-install;

Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}

Install Older Version Of Firefox {web link} Be sure to read everything here.

If you still want to downgrade, look under; I still want to downgrade. Click the Directory of other versions and languages link. Look for the directory of the version that you want. But, remember that old versions may have security issues.

You should also check out Firefox; Extended Support Release {web link} ESR Notes System Requirements +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Save the file. Then Close Firefox.

Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.

Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) Note: Check Both Folders

Do not remove the Mozilla Thunderbird folder if there is one.

Do Not remove any profile folders.

Already tried a clean install and still crashing on troubleshooting link. To not delete folders and files I renamed all related to Mozilla FF to old FF and backed them all up to another drive anyway. Still Crashing. Thanks for the response though. I believe after the other snide ones I received from so-called mods and others that it is time I left FF for some other browser any way. After all FF left me years ago and seems to have become a closed group anyway.

When did this crashing start? After an upgrade? Install any new/upgraded programs?

Did you want to try a prior Firefox version? You are using v57 ?
