godaddy webmail no longer can log in

I am running the latest firefox with Linux Mint. After Firefox upgraded, it will no longer let me log into Go Daddy's web based email server. I have tried it with the Private window option as well.

The web page now insists that the password is wrong. I have cleared cookies and history; I can log in with chrome, with the same password, as well as access the account using Thunderbird.

Are you able to login when using Firefox in Safe Mode?

You have a few extensions installed on Firefox, so running Safe Mode will help to ensure that it's not an extension causing the issue. If the issue is not present in Safe Mode, an extension is the most likely culprit.

Hope this helps.
