FF on my PC handles the login to the full desktop site perfectly. The login for lms.schwab.com is stored in the login list, but the app doesn't use it.

Some websites (e.g. banks) do not allow password auto-fill. Check with the website owner if that is the case.

You may also try to to remove the password Firefox has remembered, and see whether you can tell Firefox again to remember it.
