The url I am attempting to connect to is my Pandora for Business account. In the Pandora instructions, they state that when this error message appears, I should create an exception, which I have done. However, Firefox still blocks the connection and I have been unable to find a workaround to gain access and manage my playlist/account. Any ideas?

This usually means that Firefox wasn't able to find a cipher suite that allowed to connect to this website and Firefox reached the end of the list.

You can check the server.

You can check your browser and see whether there is an overlap.

You can check the connection settings.

  • Options/Preferences -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.

See "Firefox connection settings":

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
