Opening a Link
When i want to open a link, using open in new tab. I do not want to be redirected to the new tab instantly. If I am opening multiple links or website. I don't want to be going back and forth between tabs. I tried about:config adjusting the inback features, but that is not working.
Could you send answer to Carlborne@aol.com

hello carl,
if you right click the mouse button while on the link, the open in new tab option should do what you are needing
You can hold Ctrl and left-click the link or middle-click the link to open the link in a new tab. The setting in Options/Preferences determines whether you switch to the tab or open the link in the background. You can reverse this behavior by additionally holding down the Shift key (Ctrl + Shift + left-click or Shift + middle-click).
- Options/Preferences -> General -> Tabs -> When you open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately
See also these prefs on the about:config page.
- browser.tabs.loadInBackground (normal links)
- browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground (javascript)
- browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInBackground (bookmarks)
