Recover pre-previous session
I had a number of tabs open today (~40). Because Firefox started to malfunction, I had to restart Firefox. It happened to me before and I knew that I can restore my previous session so I safely closed the tabs.
When I restarted it, I opened a tab and then I tried to open the Application Menu, but accidentally closed the window. Now, when I've re-opened Firefox and attempted to restore the previous session only that last tab appeared.
Is it possible to recover the pre-previous session? I use Ubuntu 18.04. Where is this information located? and how can I retrieve it?

This is can happen when the browser crashes or another instance of the same browser is open but is close second after the main one is closed the second would be what is remembered as last closed. It's always to close the secondary browser before one closes the main Opened Browser they are working on. But if there is no History listing then that means the Browser crashed during the close and what was open and history/session are lost in the process.

How do I restore my tabs from last time? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-restore-my-tabs-last-time
If these don't work then that would indicate all that was opened during that Browser session is gone.

Hello! You can check if your tabs are still in the Recently closed windows by: Click the Application Menu> Click History> Click Recently closed windows> Check if they're there
Hi, -elison-. There aren't any recently closed windows, i.e. the option is grayed out.
@donthavecow, following the instructions in the first link I've managed to restore my tabs from the latest `upgrade.jsonlz4-xxx` file.
Thanks a lot!!!
