After having problems with my Firefox browser I tried to fix it and that didn't work so I uninstalled it and it wanted to reinstall it but it gave me a popup of missing a .dll file in the picture added below and it says reinstalling it could fix the problem. I tried 5 times with the same problem. No one can help this problem but mozilla but the only way to contact them is here. I was able to install opera with no problems. guess I lost everything now because I used mozilla that quit!

I don't have Windows but I have seen the issue mentioned several times as in the link below.
