I have a new mobile device. I already reinstalled firefox twice, and even though it says the sync has been successful,I cannot send links to it from the desktop browser. In firefox view (attached screenshot),it says that I'm only 33% through getting sync, even though both the mobile browser and desktop browser say that I'm synced.

I wouldn't rely on what Firefox View shows.

If you have installed Firefox on the mobile device and have connected to the same Firefox Account by using the email and password (Option 2) then you should see your email address in the Settings menu.

Make sure that you haven't enabled power saving mode on the mobile device.
