I'd been running Firefox nightly on my Samsung Galaxy S21 with virtually no problems for ages, but suddenly and randomly early today, the app crashed in the background while I wasn't even using it. And since then the app refuses to work and instantly crashes any time I click the app or try to open a link with it. I've already tried rebooting my phone, changing the android system we view, clearing my firefox cache, clearing my Firefox data, and uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of the nightly app and it still just crashes immediately. I'm completely baffled as my regular Firefox app still works fine, it's only the nightly build that stopped working.

Having the same issue - I updated to 116.0a1 as well as everything listed above but Nightly is still crashing on startup.

Same problem here since updating.

More of the same here.

On a Google Pixel 7, running GrapheneOS, and had no trouble with Nightly for Android prior to the update.

Forced closed for the update to version 116.0a1 and now I can't launch the application.
