Hi. After your most recent update to the FireFox app on the playstore, I have noticed that the location setting on my app came enabled. Upon clearing it, it tells me that doing so will decrease the functionality of the app, and when I clear the app data the location permission is re-enabled. Is there anyway I can fix this? This is a big privacy concern for me.

Hi

If you clear the app data, Firefox for Android is taken back to the first run experience.

This article will help you to turn the location permission off - https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/9431959?p=app_permissions&rd=1&visit_id=638423384972701204-3450703785

why would the first instance of the app have that permission though?
