i have a nokia n900, when you zoom-in (double-tap zoom isnt enough 'coz the text is still too small to read in many occasions), how do you make the text auto-flow/auto-fit the screen so you dont have to scroll right-and left ? its pretty annoying.

Unfortunately, Firefox for Mobile only supports full page zoom. I agree that it's annoying.

It doesn't look like there are any add-ons for this yet either (yet). https://addons.mozilla.org/mobile

Hopefully there'll be more focus on usability tweaks like this in the future.
