Hi,

When I go to the address to download firefox for mobile and select the download button for Android, nothing happens, it does not download. The starting download message just appears. The handset is Android HTC Desire A8181. Ihad also enabled the 'allow installations of non-market apps' under settings.

Any support what might be wrong would be appreciated.

Try opening the download manager in your phone's web browser (press the "Menu" button, then press "More" and then "Downloads"). Does the Firefox download show up there? It might take many minutes for the download to complete, since current versions of Firefox are about 14 MB.
