Since upgrading to 3.6.12, I can no longer use Command + W to close a tab window. It does work if I'm closing a new window.

Command + D no longer gives me the option of where I want to bookmark a page.

I'm using a Mac with 10.5.8 installed

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
