Odd things!

Problem: BBC iplayer footage will not show in full screen on Firefox 4 - sound is running but just shows a black full size screen, indicating that its gone to full screen mode but nothing is displayed.

I have the same problem... when you try to open the video in full screen, do you get dotted white lines up the edges? And when you return to normal size is the video frozen until you click away from it? Extremely annoying having to use safari still only for iplayer, please fix this soon!

It does still work but you have to switch to full screen as the stream is being loaded at the beginning. Also even though the screen is black in full screen, the controls still work. I have found reseting the time index back to the beginning also brings up the video. However I do agree this needs to be fixed very soon, but there are ways around to avoid using other browsers!

Following on from the point about switching to full screen while loading: If you click the button to change the video size, and then switch to full screen while it's loading, that seems to work too. Still, it's a very annoying problem.
