1) MAJOR: Installated Firefox 4.0 3 fdays ago and now lost ALL my backups from Norton360 Premium virus SW . Unable to get Norton to redo!

2) Masa Cookie Manager won't work. Error messages say "Firefox still running" when it's NOT. Program no longer catches cookies and when i try to search, find and delete cookies, get error message "due to unexpected behavior, cookie could not be managed...close down Firefox" (when it hasn't been opened).

WANT to deinstall 4.0 and go back to 3.6.whatever, but can't find out how to do this. Every Firefox download search produces ONLY 4.0 options!

HELP!

I uninstalled firefox and still get the error which leads me to believe it is a problem with MAXA Cookie Manager.

About Maxa Cookie problem as of today, the tech people at MAXA sent me a new version of their SW right after i emailed them; however this version isn't stable. With settings on Green, automatic delete, the screen reports sometimes yes, sometimes still lots of links showing up??? A work in progress. Also in general i don't find Firefox 4,01 to be so great at this point!
