Some months ago I installed the Trusteer Rapport program to protect my computer websites (especially banking and buying online). The program was supplied by my bank and once installed enabled me to click on the icon that automaticaslly appeared on the Google search bar to apply Trusteer Rapport to the website in use. Following the latest Firefox update this icon does not appear and I cannot find another way to apply the program for protection.

Thanks TonyE, I've made a note of your solution but in the meantime I've re=installed the previous version of Firefox (3.6?) and Rapport is working fine. As I'm very much a computer novice and silver surfer and not confident but nature I think I'll stick where I am for the time being. Again, many thanks. Ed
