Exactly which extensions do you have installed?


If you were using Firefox 3.6 or 4.0 you would be able to open Troubleshooting Information and create a text file, that you could copy'n'paste into this form for us to view.

I haven't installed any. I seem to have the slow-down from script after I access YouTube.

My instructions tell me to find the location bar (where is that in Windows XP?), enter about:configure and press Enter. Doesn't work So I cannot do any of the following:

Warning page comes up. I agree to be careful. Then I am to search for preference dom.max-script.run/time and double click. enter integer value prompt, type 20, press OK.
