How can I stop the plugin updater page from opening everytime i open a new browser?

This is the firefox official plugin updater page. I don't remember putting any settings in place to open it every time, but it does it automatically. How can I turn that off?

Try disabling the MetaStream 3 Plugin r4 and updating Flash to the latest version that was released this past week.

That is a bug with blocklisting plugins that has been fixed.
You can correct this issue by forcing the file blocklist.xml to update or wait until Firefox updates the file.
That update will remove the severity="0" flags in the file that cause the problem.
