My web site works fine in MSIE and Chrome. When you add an item clicking the basket all OK. Firefox 4 does not work!

Site has been working fine for a long time. I personally use Firefox. To test: select a section, i.e. B J Minis Items C. Click on the basket for the top item and you will get a popup that only allows you to continue shopping, NOTHING is added to your cart (order). This effectively means my site is dead using Firefox. The same operation works fine in MSIE and Google Chrome.

Works for me in Firefox 4 and 5.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

I was not completely sure if it was a Firefox issue or a Shop Factory (my web sales software) issue. The problem is gone (at least on my 3 computers). What I did was: 1. Completely rebuild my shop and upload ALL files 2. Completely clear all cache/history in Firefox (this didn't work until after I did step 1)

So, I guess there was some kind of glitch in Shop Factory which rebuilding all fixed. Thanks for the suggestion, though. I will tuck that one away for future use.
