www.lloydstsb.com have recently updated their internet banking start page. After inputting my user number and password I am successfully directed to another page where I enter memorable information. This then opens up my account start page which shows corrupted text on the headline. If I then click to open my account details it throws me back to the password input. I have no problem with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome in using this website. I have tried deleting recent history, unchecking system proxy and enabling/disabling Javascript all to no avail. Would be grateful for any suggestions. Thanks.

I have now solved this problem by uninstalling Firefox 5 and, with great difficulty, installing Firefox 3.6.18. Bank access is trouble free and everything else works well. I can only hope this earlier version of Firefox remains supported until a better update becomes available.
