I want to know where does firefox save addons when they are downloaded and where exactly (in which directory) are they insatlled. So if i reinstall firefox then I dont have to download each addon seperately, i can just use the ones i downloaded before and i dont have to remember which ones i used either.

thanks ...but i did a clean install of my OS like just an hour before i posted this question. My previous FF was installed in a different partion and i thought that the addons will be in the firefox folder so it would be safe to do a format  :( . Just my luck i guess.....lol ..but thanks the above article helped me find what i was looking for.. :)
