Can't open new tabs (vs. 3.6.18)

I haven't been able to open new tabs using the new tab (+ icon) or the File/New Tab, or Ctl+T. We chose not to do the last Firefox update. Restarting the browser and restarting the computer have not helped. Right Click/Open in new tab works.

Uninstall the Ask Toolbar. It can cause that problem.

You have multiple old versions of Java Console installed that Java did not clean up when updating. Your old versions are: 6.0.17, 6.0.20, 6.0.23

Solved It! It was a browser bar that had been 'X'ed out so I didn't know it was there.
