I accepted the option of installing a Firefox version update notice, but when Firefox 6.0 restarted, all my app settings were missing. I tried signing out and signing in to Yahoo two or three times, which has solved that issue before, but this time it didn't work

Is this a Firefox version 6.0 compatibility issue with the Yahoo toolbar add-on? It is Yahoo who maintains a file on my settings, but I can't get them to load again.

I'm certainly no computer expert....but....this last Foxfire update obliterated my yahoo! toolbar. I looked in Control Panel to see if it was still there...it wasn't. So then I tried to download it through Firefox and it wouldn't download. Backing up a bit, I decided to try the download though IE. In that download option there is a checked box that transfers that same yahoo! toolbar settings to Firefox.

So, do everything and pick you apps through IE, exit and go to Firefox-they should all be there!
